To prepare, simply suspend 39.5 g of the medium in 1 L of deionized or distilled water, boil for a maximum of two minutes, and cool to approximately 50℃ before pouring into sterile petri dishes. This straightforward preparation method eliminates the need for autoclaving, making it accessible for laboratories of all sizes.
